Dr. Vasily is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is a well- known dermatologist, who has also served as founder and president of Lehigh Valley Dermatology Associates, Ltd. since its inception more than 30 years ago.

He is a sought after lecturer, published author and speaker in the field of cosmetic laser surgery.

Dr. Vasily believes firmly that as a board certified specialist in dermatology, he is uniquely qualified to see, evaluate and treat not only skin diseases but cosmetic problems related to the skin and, most importantly, any complications or difficulties that may arise from such treatments. This belief is validated by the fact that Aesthetica serves as a referral center for his own colleagues.

“I believe in The Vivace! This is probably one of the most remarkable devices I’ve seen come along and truly energize our practice in the past 25 years. Without a doubt, it is the most comfortable client experience, with minimal or no downtime, and it has tremendous flexibility to make it fit it into practices easily,” says Dr. Vasily.

Dr. Bonakdar heads up and owns Bonakdar Institute in Orange County, and has been in private practice in Newport Beach, California since 2000. This approach to treatment aligns perfectly with Aesthetics Biomedical’s mission to have the most effective, non-invasive technologies to fight aging. She continues to be an early adopter of new and safe cutting-edge technologies in the ever-evolving world of for cosmetic medicine.

“I’ve chosen to partner with ABM because I believe in what they are doing. Currently the aesthetics industry and aesthetically oriented patients understand that ageless beauty is not a one-time destination but an ongoing journey, requiring repeat, interval treatments to achieve and maintain results. Patients demand results-oriented treatments that are comfortable to undergo and that don’t interfere with their busy lifestyle so that they can continue to maintain their results with interval, under-the-radar treatments. The Vivace Microneedling with radio frequency has been a disruptive gamechanger for my practice delivering comfortable treatments, with no downtime and impressive results,” says Dr. Bonakdar.

For treating issues such as skin laxity in the neck and solar elastosis, The Vivace is quickly becoming an important treatment option for my patients. The clinical data on The Vivace is impressive. Additionally, in my initial research prior to purchasing the device, the strong testimonials from my colleagues validates both the data and the return-on-investment from the device. I would certainly recommend The Vivace to those looking for a best-in-class Microneedling RF device. From our investigation and discussions with other thought leaders in the field, I feel like I made the right choice for my practice,” says Dr. Tanghetti.

His full-service aesthetics practice in Louisville consists of a AAAASF operating suite as well as a state-of-the-art med-spa offering cosmetic injectables, body contouring, laser, light and energy device therapies.

“As a board certified plastic surgeon, practicing aesthetic plastic surgery for 25 years, I have used just about everything from phenol and TCA peels to C02 and Erbium laser resurfacing, as well as nitrogen plasma for skin resurfacing. We were looking for something a little less aggressive for treating skin texture that could be done easily by ancillary providers. I am pleased to have found microneedling with radio frequency with The Vivace to be an excellent alternative to more aggressive resurfacing procedures. I have found that just about everyone, of any skin type, tan or pale, male or female, young or aged is a candidate for this treatment. We can do The Vivace in the afternoon and have the patient look acceptable the next day for any social engagement or work environment.

“Our results have exceeded my expectations and all the patients we have treated have been satisfied. Not a single patient has asked for a refund. (First device in the history of my practice). We have seen excellent results with acne scars, fine wrinkles, coarse texture and large pore size. Some reds have also been diminished. We can treat red, brown, texture, pore size, fine wrinkles and tighten the skin in one treatment with very little downtime. Patients really like this option. We use The Vivace as a standalone treatment, last modality after deep laser resurfacing to decrease pore size, and as preparation or upkeep of the skin quality of a facelift. I would highly recommend The Vivace for any aesthetics practice,” says Dr. Salzman.
